Spent my Christmas holidays in this hotel and was pretty satisfied with a couple of things offered. First, the breakfast was always delicious and gave me all the energy I needed for the day. Second, the hotel was located in a perfect place, pretty close to the main attractions of the city. I enjoyed the beautiful rooftop terrace that overlooked the city and provided nice views.
I have to say that the hotel had a strong and bothersome smell in the bathroom and the humidity was quite present. I also found the staff unfriendly and not as helpful as I would have expected.

They really made me feel welcome and like a part of the family. Lastly, the basic amenities in the room were great - comfortable beds, ideal temperature, and even AC on the second floor.

The rooms are well-decorated in a traditional style, giving you an authentic Moroccan experience. You'll be pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail in the rooms, with amenities like air-conditioning ensuring your comfort, even in the summer heat.
The only slight improvement would be to ensure that the floors are kept clean throughout the hotel.

The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city! The breakfast was a delight with delicious and traditional options. , the staff was super friendly and helpful, always providing us with valuable information about the city and things to do.
The room was a bit uncomfortable at night, as the air conditioner was blocked by the closet, making it difficult to feel the freshness. Another thing that wasn't ideal was the odd access to the hotel after hours, as we had to rely on the manager's key to enter and exit, which felt a bit strange.
